Terms & Conditions

The short version: Pipori turns links you share into recipe pages for your personal use. Be kind to the service, respect creators' content, and manage your subscription through the App Store. This summary isn't a substitute for the full terms below.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Bukovitz Ltda, a Brazilian company ("we", "us") governing your use of the Pipori application for iOS and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. The Service

Pipori lets you save links, videos, and images you choose to share with the app, and generates structured recipe pages — ingredients, steps, timing, and estimated nutrition — for your personal, non-commercial use. Nutrition figures are automated estimates and are provided for general information only; they are not medical or dietary advice.

The Service is available exclusively on Apple iOS devices. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Your content and third-party content

You retain all rights to the content you submit (links, photos, notes, edits — "Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process and store Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

Recipes you drop may originate from third-party creators and platforms. We do not claim ownership of that material and process it at your direction for personal use, similar to a bookmark or note. You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party content complies with the originating platform's terms and applicable law. Where available, Pipori preserves attribution and links back to the original source.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pipori offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewing subscription, Pipori Plus. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never see or store your payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Prices may change; we will notify you in advance and changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, scrape, or redistribute content generated by the Service; (b) use the Service to build a competing dataset or product; (c) reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service; (d) submit unlawful content or content you have no right to process; (e) use automated means to access the Service outside its intended interfaces.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including the app, design, branding, and software — is owned by Bukovitz Ltda and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Recipe extraction is automated and may contain errors — always use your own judgment on cooking times, temperatures, and food safety, and verify ingredients against allergies and dietary restrictions.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bukovitz Ltda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Bukovitz Ltda only — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
